Every acquisition is fully insured during transit and shipped via specialized, white-glove courier services to guarantee pristine condition upon arrival. Specific tracking configurations and signature requirements are provided privately upon dispatch.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the exclusive, custom-sourced, and high-value nature of archival leather goods, rare timepieces, and curated luxury items, all acquisitions are final.
